Tailored for Tomorrow: Crafting A Sustainable Future in Fashion

Last Friday, September 12, 2025, we hosted "Tailored for Tomorrow" at Brillington & Brothers—a full day of conversations, connections, and collections where craftsmanship met sustainability.

From morning press talks to evening community gatherings, the event brought together media, corporate partners, and friends of the house to experience our latest showcase with Pable, Indonesia’s pioneer in textile-to-textile recycling.

Guests explored the story behind Pabtex® fabrics—made entirely from recycled textile waste—and how Brillington’s tailoring turned them into timeless, purposeful pieces. Touch-and-feel stations, collection previews, and lively discussions on sustainable fashion filled the space, while the evening ended with good vibes, shared drinks, and plenty of style inspiration.

Alongside Brillington & Brothers, we also introduced collections from Be4Women, OQ Essentials, and the highlight of the show: the launching of Organiq x Galih Collection, and Atimoré. Organiq is the new sustainable line from Open Quarter—an exploration of how tailoring can meet responsibility. Its first chapter, the Galih Collection, was born from our collaboration with Pable and London-based creative Galih Richardson, who sought to honor his Indonesian heritage through clothing.

Together, we reimagined timeless tailoring through recycled fabrics, designed not only for everyday wear but also as a step toward fashion’s circular future. Each piece carries the spirit of sustainability, proving that style can evolve without leaving the planet behind.

Meanwhile, Atimoré is the creative endeavor of Nafis Adhikari, our partner and art director based in Japan. His passion for fashion grew alongside a deep concern for the mounting issue of textile waste, particularly in Indonesia. Through collaboration with Pable, Nafis found a way to align creativity with responsibility, shaping a vision where fashion can flourish while honoring the environment. Founded in 2025, Atimoré combines eastern classics, from his Indonesian upbringing and Japanese culture where he now resides, in a modern form.

The first presentation of both capsule collection is showing just how wide the future of sustainable fashion in Indonesia can be and to prove that we can bring forward Indonesian craftsmanship on a global scale without compromising its traditions.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so memorable. Together, we’re tailoring a future where style and sustainability walk hand in hand.
